Our children are at an age where they are learning to be themselves express themselves and how they choose to dress, with the guidance of their parents, not the school, is a part of that. I believe at the heart of the dress code is sexism & inequality all based on male reaction to females teaching the girls since the age of 11/12 way back in middle school to be ashamed of themselves or blame themselves for a boys (don't get me started on grown men!!) reaction to dressing comfortably on a 95 degree day.
