Installation of speed humps on two main roads connecting Roodekop ext 31 to Katlehong

I am creating a petition to ask Germiston municipality ward 94 under Cllr Samantha Nair to take urgent action to install speed humps or robots on 2 main roads connecting to Roodekop ext 31 which are Black Reef road entrance to Ekuthuleni street Roodekop ext 31 and Unamed Roodekop road from Heidelberg road leading to Katlehong. These two use to have robots due to high volume of traffic that passes, enter or exit them to avoid accidents that might cause damage or loss of life. Now the Black Reef road entrance to Ekuthuleni robots were replaced with stop signs while the Heidelberg road to Unamed Roodekop road robots are there but has not being functional for a very long time even though calls were logged with municipality. We as the community of Roodekop ext 31 we are struggling to exit our area through the mentioned roads because other motorists are not stopping and are driving with high speed which if action is not taken soon there will be serious accidents.
