To:  Susan Rogers, Alison Lehman, and Cheryl Rubin

We the undersigned members of the Nevada County Digital Media Center demand your resignation from the board of directors.   You have abdicated and  violated your fiduciary responsibilities to preserve the assets and the public benefits of a community access television system currently the Nevada County Digital Media Center/NCTV.  You have committed malfeasance and you are in dereliction of duty by not generating the income necessary to operate the organization successfully. You have laid off staff because of your willful negligence in not raising the funds to run the organization.
We oppose the privatization of this very important community asset.
You have forced the resignation of the qualified executive director in order to hire a friend who has no qualifications for the job.
