We the undersigned residents of Benoni, would like to Petition the MMC for City Planning, Ald. Nomadlozi Nkosi, to take immediate action on the vacant house on 33 Cambridge Sreet, Farramere. The property has been standing vacant for more than five years and is slowly devaluing houses in the area as it has become rat infested and a target for vagrants.
