Request for Assistance in School Fees

Respected Sir,

We all Parents make you humble request that School Authoroties should not ask for fees till Physcical school resumes and run smoothly for around one month, and we also expect concession in yearly fees, following are main problem and concerns:

1.Due to Covid 19 Situation
we would like to bring to your notice that there is heavy Salary cuts of parents who are doing job many have lost their jobs and some are working on variable salaries and parents who are doing business has almost Nil earnings from month of March 2020.And almost everybody are struggling to make the ends meet, and even after Unlock 1 it will take quite a long time to cover up lost income and come to level of Normal Income.So we all are in deep financial crises.

2.We do agree that school has taken good efforts in arranging virtual classes so that student's studies are not hampered but practically virtual studies cannot replace the class room teachings and students and parents both are struggling on many fronts in virtual studies like students not able to understand concepts clearly,shortage of smart phones and net connectivity issues and list is endless so we request that till the Government guidelines are not clear on opening of schools you should continue with virtual classes we parents along with our wards will try to cope up with this new system but practically speaking vertual learning is not going to be of much use for students it can just serve as temporary stop gap arrangement.

3.Even after school gets open as per Directives and SOPs of Government, there is no assurance how long things will work out because if Governments changes the decession basis of increased Covid 19 cases then again schools need to be closed(Aurangabad is already in Red Zone and is a Hotspot)

4.There will be also question about Parent's confidence in sending their child to school in such a risky and ambiguous situation in which nothing can be predicted even about tomorrow.
God forsake and by any chance any student of our Podar gets affected by Covid 19 in that case what will be stand of Parents and School Authorities?

5.Even if Student is healthy and even if any one case of Covid 19 gets detected from the Area he stays, the whole area get sealed and that student will not be in position to attend school for next 20 to 30 days in such situation how School Authorities will help student for loss of his/her studies.

6.It should not made compulsory for parents to buy complete set from ShopForSchool and Parents should have freedom to buy only text books if they want

So by considering all above points we need to find a fool proof way out of this situation so that nobody is at loss nither School Authorities nor Parents and Students.
So this is very critical and unpredictable time in which we all Parents and School Authoritoes should work hand in hand so that our Children/Students should not face any loss of knowledge or loss of Academic Year.
And we all Parents want our Children to study in Podar only because we all know that our Children are in best and safe hands.
We are sure that school Authorities will definitely understand this difficult situation and give us the best possible solution.
