PETITION BY THE PEOPLE OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND OTHER COUNTRIES FOR FORMAL REQUEST FOR THE PROSECUTION (OF SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE (S) OF ONE OF THE STATES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) FOR “JOSEPH BURGHARDT” AND HIS ASSOCIATE “LAUREN BIRNSTEIN” FOR FRAUDULENT ACTS, VIOLATIONS OF DUE PROCESS, AND FRAUDULENT INCARCERATION OF MAHA VISCONTI MOQADDEM SINCE AUGUST 21,2023 WITHOUT MANDATORY DUE PROCESS AND THE ADDING OF COUNT 3 OF AN AGGRAVATED MAYHEM OF A LIFE SENTENCE BY BIRNSTEIN AND BURGHARDT TO PINTO’S CASE No SA098438 WITHOUT A PRELIMINARY HEARING HELD NOR A GRAND JURY’S APPROVAL.
We, the people of the United States of America and other Countries submit our petition to United States Attorney General the Honorable Garland MERRICK, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)’s Director the Honorable Christopher WRAY, Inspector General Executive office of the United States and International Authorities, requesting in this formal petition the Prosecution of “Joseph BURGHARDT” and “Lauren Weiss BIRNSTEIN” posing currently as Bench Officer as Judges of Los Angeles Superior State Court, at Airport Courthouse Criminal Division that consists of only 5 (Five) Felony Judges located at 11701 S. La Cienega Los Angeles, CA 90045, in Department 82 and 83 situated on the 8th floor, a small Courthouse that is micromanaged by an assistant supervising Judge by the name of Katheryn SOLORZANO situated in Department 82 on the same 8th Floor.
We as the people demand and request an immediate investigation as to the documented fraudulent current incarceration of Maha VISCONTI since August 21,2023 to this date January 8, 2023 by Joseph BURGHARDT without mandatory international due process because of a total stranger to Maha VISCONTI on “LACBA” “IDP”’s attorney Amber GORDON without any single

police report nor any criminal case appointing Joseph BURGHARDT by any State Court as an assigned Judge for any matter nor any case naming Amber GORDON a victim to anything. THE INDISPUTABLE RECORDS IS THAT Joseph BURGHARDT is a handpicked and assigned Judge who was in Department 71 by Katheryn SOLORZANO to replace Prior Judge Lauren Weis BIRNSTEIN on September 13, 2023, after this BIRNSTEIN was forced to recuse herself in the criminal case of Albert Gregory PINTO (The prior attorney of Maha VISCONTI in her Divorce case and other legal matters) in Case No SA098438 NOT in ANY OTHER Case, and certainly not any case of Amber GORDON. As a result, a member of the public who is Maha VISCONTI has now served 9 months jail time solely because of Amber GORDON by Joseph BURGHARDT.
We further demand and request the prosecution of Lauren Weis BIRNSTEIN for adding and AGGRAVATED MAYHEM CHARGE OF A LIFE SENTENCE AS COUNT 3 in the same case No SA098438 that was added by BIRNSTEIN on January 17,2020, 18 (Eighteen) months after this case was opened and its preliminary hearing already took place on July 30, 2018, without mandatory due process, without any independent Judge conducting any preliminary hearing nor approving of this absurd and totally unjustified charge and also without any Grand Jury ever approving of adding of this Count 3 charge, in direct conspiracy and cahoots with Joseph BURGHARDT who on January 3, 2024 while reportedly stating he does not see Count 3 added, issued a court minute order denying to vacate this fraudulently added charge of life sentence that was added without mandatory due process.
Both BURGHARDT and BIRNSTEIN have engaged in forcefully forcing another attorney from “LACBA” “IDP” by the name of Louis SEPE in direct violation of the conflict from litigation in Civil Court between Maha VISCONTI against “LACBA” and their attorney Louis SEPE. Furthermore,

BURGHARDT took by FORCE 5 (Five) Boxes of work material of files/discovery and evidence against GREG PINTO by force from Maha VISCONTI on March 16,2023 and placed them by force with unauthorized attorney of LACBA Amber GORDON and now with her associates at “LACBA” Louis SEPE and refused to give copy of a discovery to Maha to secure a false and fraudulent conviction.
Lastly, BURGHARDT violated 6th amendment rights and 14th amendment rights of Maha by depriving her from representing herself in violation of the constitution of United States to reportedly secure that Louis SEPE handpicks 6 jury that both BURGHARDT and BIRNSTEIN personally are connected to, and deprived Maha of her freedom to unable her to prepare for her own defense from a jail facility hostage.

The threat of an unwarranted restraint on an individual liberty is at its greatest where the decision being made is predictive in nature. To deprive an individual of his freedom on the basis of speculation about his future conduct is contrary to the presumption of innocence that lies at the Foundation of our judicial system worldwide. Such decision making is also peculiarly subject of utmost abuse and threatens to undermine the respect of confidence of the community in any state or Country in the union application of the criminal law.
We also demand that the Case No SA098438 of PINTO is immediately moved out of the entire Airport Courthouse and even the State of California to ensure fairness and impartiality in these proceedings. 

We demand an URGENT opening request for an investigation on this Case against Judges mentionned above and the disctrict attorneys involved and to free MAHA VISCONTI MOQADDEM  as soon as Possible.
