At times after making your selection the line either goes dead or background chatting is heard but your call is not answered. Also when following up on a fault it seems that any "update" is given just to get rid of you. If you phone again 5 mins later to follow up another person gives a completely different update. At times you cannot get through at all when calling.

I have called the call centre numerous times due to electricity failures... many of the times you just cant get through.. person picks up call and drops the call immediately.. or you just get told that a technician will come around to your residence when they are available... after the 4 th call then only a technician arrives

Whether it is infrastructure, emergencies, health, security, administration etc. this is our contact facility.
