Appeal For Moderation in DPS Joka school fees under COVID-19 Pandemic

Comments

This is for the genuine reason that DPS Joka (south kolkata) school has not been responsible enough to accept the current situation due to corona virus outbreak. They should have demonstrated some amount of solidarity and welfare towards their students at this crisis hour. They have not passed on any benefits to their school children and above all trying to grab the fees like all other time. It proves that they don't feel anyway included in this scenario and want remain aloof without doing the needful. The five points of the purpose from this petition are self explanatory and to benefit the students' family during this nationwide lock-down period.

Therefore, it certainly make sense.

Thanks and regards for our valued support.

As we all aware that situation of country and we are getting salary slash and bit getting salary on time, school is not operationally, kids are not commuting yo school, so jo. Point to put transportation fee for parents to pay

Ajit Tiwari (Kolkata, 2020-04-12)

#151

I think it is only fair to affect some moderation in school fees plus grant waiver of fuel charges component in transport fees owing to the global pandemic situation and corresponding lockdown which has adversely affected or is going to affect in near future economic conditions of a large number of parents of this school.

Sourashmi Mitra (Kolkata, 2020-04-12)

#154

It’s a genuine appeal to school administrators during lockdown period there should not be any timeline for fees submission whereas Indian financial year also extended till June 2020. Further we are hereby protesting for incremental admission fees every year, without any fee structure mentioned in website .
Third point is transportation fees , while all is closed during lockdown, this is injustice .
Strongly protest for this kind of autocratic nature of Dps Joka school administrators
