I believe Tinkerbell has the right to have justice,a dog becomes a family member once brought home and should be treated the same as a Human being

Tinkerbelle was part of our family too and I would hate to see other people's families be destroyed in this manner 😔❤️ These pitbulls desperately need rehabilitation and new owners.

I am signing as my parents live on olivier road and take walks in the neighborhood. Definitely not safe with these dogs on the loose. My neighbors dog was also attacked and killed.

Tinkerbelle didnt deserve this

these dogs should not be roaming the streets. What if a child is killed next???

This is unacceptable for a grown up human being not to understand that his dogs is a threath to the community. His Dogs deserve to be put down and it was once stated by law.

Being a pet owner comes with responsiblity! Don't raise an animal that is conformed to being chained....you will only do injustice by creating a monster within.Have them trained so that they learn to love & protect & not take lives. When things go wrong....the irresponsible owner is to blame & not the animal!

Soraya Shah (Durban, 2020-08-26)

Pet owners have a responsibility to keep their pets safe and to protect others from their pets. This pet owner has failed with his duty to ensure safety and caused a tremendous loss for this family and needs to be help unaccountable. The stronger chains are just going to cause a larger problem and make these dogs more aggressive. Something needs to be done to prevent further loss of life. Tinkerbelle deserves justice!

Lushan Iyer (Verulam, 2020-08-26)

Pet owners need to take more precautions when keeping pets, pets should be kept in a secured yard inorder to ensure safety for themselves as well as others. This poor baby lost her life,, due to the negligence of the Pitbulls owners! He should be charged and the dogs should be taken away from him as he is incapable of keeping them.

I am signing because Tinker bell deserves justice and the pitbulls pose as a threat to the community. Due to the negligence of the owner the pitbulls have to be removed from his premises . . Little Tinkerbelle died a very painful death and didn't deserve the manner in which her precious life was lost. . May tinky rest in peace and get the justice she deserves.

Vicious dogs that are able to leave the property should not be held at the premises.

I am a dog lover and animals should not be chained. If you wish to have a dog you need to have a yard that is fenced or has a wall, the dog can be free. I treat my dog as family member not an animal

These two pitbulls need to removed from their current owner ASAP. ....PITBULLS are loving and affectionate if they are raised in a loving environment. The current owner does not know how to take care of his animals hence they should not be in his care.

Kyle Gangen (Durban, 2020-08-26)

These dogs are vicious, but it is the owner's duty by law to ensure that the pitbulls are well trained and taken care of. He has clearly failed to take responsibility for his dogs behaviour. First it may be Tinkerbelle and next it may be a child. These dogs deserve a better owner, it's the least Mr P can do to compensate a grieving family and accept that this is his fault.

Bhavna Karamchund (Durban, 2020-08-26)

I have a pitt bull myself and know that if they receive the proper training and care they will never attack another animal or person. These dogs clearly need an owner who will be able to take proper care of them to avoid them reacting this way towards other animals and people. Them being around children is definitely a no no.

the safety of our community is of utmost importance. Respecting peoples lives should be number one priority .if you can not look after and make sure that you create a decent home for your fur babies then you should not own them .if your dog can get out of your yard and maul another its only a matter of time before a human life is taken. REHOME THE DOGS

I think its important to give those dogs the love and care they need to prevent this from happening to anymore dogs. Don't let this go. #justicefortinkerbell

I am signing this petition because i too once had neighbours who would not raise their pitbulls in a befitting manner. Their constant abuse of the dog caused a monster which also mauled my dog. In this case my dog sustained serious injuries but did not pass away. Ignorant and arrogant owners such as Mr P need to be taught a lesson by the community. This will not be tolerated!

People need to take responsibility for not parenting their own fur babies, making them undomesticated vicious animals.

My dog was viciously attacked on the same road and passed on. We fear for other pets aswell as the safety of people using this road.

Nicolette Naidoo (Durban, 2020-08-28)

#92

I had a dog on the next road that was also mauled to death several years ago and we never received justice for him.
Several other dogs have faced a similar fate in that area and it is time we put a stop to it.
No innocent dog deserves this kind of fate.
Tinkerbelle never deserved this - especially when the other dogs owners had been notified of the dangers of their dogs to tinkerbelle and tinkerbelle's human and dog siblings.

Akira Sooful (Verulam, 2020-08-28)

I'm doing this for Tinkerbelle. I never knew how much love an animal could bring into one's home until we rescued Mila. She gave us reason to smile again. My children's first pet. She looks so much like Tinkerbelle. Tinkerbelle was an innocent member of your family. I can only imagine the pain your family has endured in losing her.

Because Tinki was a loving dog and cute and a lot! She didnt deserve to get bitten by those other dogs😡And i miss her❤❤

People with dangerous dogs need to ensure they are kept from harming children and other dogs. The owner was negligent and those dogs should be put to sleep.

I am signing this petition because I am against the way these particular humans raise animals, as it is not in their nature to become monsters but is driven so by humans who cannot nurture them correctly. I severely demand rehabilitation for these animals and to be placed in homes filled with love and true care for them.
