I am totally against the illegal building of houses that are neither suitable for human habitation nor compliant with municipal building bylaws. The owner does not have approved plans or rezoning rights to convert the present property to house multiple dwellings. Furthermore, he is devaluing the property in Erasmia by building sub-standard houses not befitting the suburb of Erasmia.

We have spend our own funds to talking almost 3 million to build a wall to secure our area from crime and create a better environment for our children - we cannot accept residents illegally building 2 x 2 rooms using their boundary wall as part of the structures for cheap rentals with grossly inadequate facilities solely to generate an income from those less fortunate and sometimes illegal in the country.
