I have written a lot in the past about the inhumane situation at this 42 building, the conditions mentioned,but it seems the senior staff and the councillors and church leaders in our area is "As aan".
It is clear the most senior person is not in control of the day to day routine.
These conditions are totally unacceptable and it is high time for national and local governments to take serious action

It is a disgrace how people are treated at an institution that was created to help them. I was there ones and while waiting for help i saw part of the reason why our people are struggling with them. One. If someone have appointments and they didn't show that person take it as i dont have work no matter how full the waiting room. Second. I saw four workers walk with one worker to collect and drop one file while passing a full waiting room. And third while waiting one could hear their laughing and chatting in the back offices. Their is seriously a professionalism problem at that institution.
