Stop 10 minutes late turn away rule.

Please sign this petition if you aren't happy with the 10 minutes late turn away rule that has been introduced for lectures on the primary PGCE course and you would prefer a late register and for repeat offenders to be dealt with sepperately so people who are rarely late aren't unfairly punished for this and people can receive the learning they are paying for.
