We, the undersigned residents of Cluster Lifestyle Estate are writing to express our collective concern regarding the ongoing issues related to security and electricity interruptions within our complex. These persistent problems have greatly impacted our safety, convenience, and overall quality of life.

Firstly, we would like to address the matter of security. Despite assurances and previous requests for improvements, we continue to face alarming incidents of breaches and unauthorized entries within the premises, we have noticed that women are being knocked at their unit at night. The lack of adequate security measures puts all residents at risk and creates a sense of vulnerability within our own homes. We strongly urge you to prioritize the implementation of security measures, such as increased surveillance, improved lighting ( some of the blocks do not have outside lights), locked gates at the end of the blocks as people are able to walk through at the back with easy access, and security personnel presence, to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

Secondly, the frequent and prolonged electricity interruptions are causing significant inconvenience and hardship for residents. It is unacceptable that we are experiencing power outages lasting over three days, disrupting our daily lives, affecting our ability to work from home, and compromising essential services such as refrigeration and heating. These interruptions not only inconvenience us but also pose safety risks and potential damage to electrical appliances. We urge you to address this issue promptly by investing in infrastructure upgrades and looking into having back up to the electricity.

Last and not least the last block does not have pavement, and which causes dust and havoc when it’s raining as it is muddy everywhere.

As stakeholders in this community, we implore you to take immediate action to rectify these pressing concerns. We believe that by working together, we can create a safer and more comfortable living environment for all residents.

We kindly request a meeting with you to discuss these matters in further detail and explore viable solutions. Your prompt attention to these issues is crucial in restoring our confidence in the management of our residence.
