I have sent a request to register the petition in terms of the City of Johannesburg petitions policy. The petition will then get a reference number.

In light of the urgency of the situation, without a reference number, I have sent the petition letter, along with the 825 signatures to some key role players, including the DA Shadow Mayor for Johannesburg.
