Bring Back Dota 2 SA Ranked Servers

Over the years the South African Dota 2 community has grown in size exponentially, especially in terms of competitive Dota. We even have South African teams competing in international tournaments and many local tournaments. Many battle with pings over 190 in the Ranked servers available to us. We know in the past the main issue was not enough players in the SA ranked servers and thus there were long matchmaking queues etc, this wont be the case now with the current size of the South African Dota 2 community.
