Since when has there ever been a union leader that did not evgentually become courpt? Its always the same deck but reshuffled. We need to start by ridding all of them. Clean house and start fresh. Nothing will change when we keep putting the same people in different offices in different positions of power like the good ol boys club. Those who dont want to get envolved must step up if we are to make a change. Dont be afraid to get bullied. It will happen but dont back down and stick togeather. Vote regiem change! Get somebody new...Nena Martin STL is a good canidate......cheers

I wonder if they thought we would really jump on Leslie Mayos propaganda wagon and buy in to this T.A.. Come on... They had to know we would not give up what flex ability we have..There must be a bigger picture? I find it hard to belive they think we would buy this. Maybe they are hoping we vote it down so the company can stall to save more money? I think we should get something before this economy takes a complete noise dive. We need sevrenes pay on top of furlough pay and a signing bonus!

Let us show our "COMBINED STRENGHT" and make a statement to the union who is to SUPPOSE to fight for us. And may management get a glimpse too! We need a raise that is not off set by the high cost of healthcare. And we need to share in the profits, since we gave up the mostt!

Every contract we give up so much....we loose ground like a mud slide. I'm TIRED of it! Our union is not on our side. We could do better with NO union. Just take SWA's contract and revise it for international and we will all be happy. Don't tell us we have an industry leading contract and then take more from us.

There isn't anything in this TA that makes up for our sacrifice for the last 10 years. It is very obvious that the union officials that represent this TA are working to teacher for USAir and not for American Airlines flight attendants after many years of paying dues to this union I am fed up!

If you listen Leslie Mayo talk, she's the one who runs APFA. According to Leslie,  Laura Glading can't function without her. Leslie's ego is as inflated as Glading's.

 There is something wrong when Leslie Mayo made 134,000 dollars 6,000 more then when John Ward was President and that was a farse! Look whos the press secratary again 6yrs later. Yep Leslie Mayo and boy does history seem to repeat it self. Cause we voted know and the T.A. still past. Jane allen said no revotes guess what we did and it past the second time. Now look a new time a new T.A. and the same people involved. We will vote it down and it will still pass and Mayo we write lies after lies. Rid them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe that we are being "bullied" into signing this contract! We have been threatened by our union leaders that if we don't sign this, it will go automatically to arbitration. And we will lose.... What kind of "leader" puts 24,000 members in this kind of position??? What happened to NEGOTIATING?
With LUS we were bullied into signing our 3rd TA with threats of not have a seat at the table after merger for negotiations. The first 2 were turned down by over 80% of our F/As. After being threatened/bullied, it was voted in by over 90%.
Sad that we vote out of fear.

 I find that curious. Maybe shes the go between? Maybe she has a boy friend in the company kinda like Debbie Carnatta (regional Manager ORD) and Liz Mallon who was base chair at ORD. Unethical, Yes! But so is a in house union. Kinda like being a US soldier and giving details to the head of Al cadia. The four officers and Leslie Mayonaise make over 130,000 a year. Of couse there in bed with the company.
