Holy cow, in the words of a noted Chicago sportscaster...

Gee, there are some good kids that live a couple of miles outside of our league's boundary. We would sure like to have them play on our all-star team this summer. Hey, maybe I should get myself installed as the District Administrator...

 lets hope LLI put measures in place to stop thjs from being so easy going forward.  I am very interested to hear what LLI will have to say on the matter.
