Not a former student, but having had dealings with Mr Isaacs, I note that he has the children's education at heart.. In some cases parents condone the bad behaviour of their kids, which means they don't have the child's best interest at heart and have failed the child.. When an educator has to reprimand constantly, its certainly frustrating.. Deal with kids daily from different social backgrounds and some are sweet as pie and others undisciplined brats..
My Isaacs has my full support!

This is ridiculous! This witch hunt against a man with such integrity is sad. That's why country is so messed up, the wrong people get punished and the ones that needs punishment controls too much of this country

what community? children have to leave the neighbourhood to attend other schools because "they are not good enough for "his" school! his victimisation of children with verbal abuse and denial of their right to attend classes at the beginning of each year because he said they were "the scum of the earth" and much worse. Yes he did physically abuse students and treated many people, both parents and department officials with utter contempt, and boasted about it in assemblies. He rid the school of ill-disciplines students? What a joke, they were students who were academically weak, and would negatively affect matric results. His own son was caught twice under the influence and nothing was done. so next time you see a diep river child walking to some other school...thank God that's not your child who lives kilometers away but allowed to attend because you are of financial means. Why has the rest of the school building not been completed? Why are so many people laying charges? No the department is not victimising him...they want him to stop victimising those students who are not cared for by the governing body because their parents are not as prominant as the others. The GB are his puppets anyway!

Where there is smoke, there sure is fire, and this one has smouldered and burnt too many innocent children.

He got what he deserves.

Mr Isaacs is an extremely capable principal. South Peninsula High has consistently performed well under his leadership. He has contributed to countless pupils' success in his lifetime (including mine) and has always fought for what is right. This is definitely not a principal that should be removed from the educational system; leave him to do his job as an educator.

What community? The one he vocally abuses with his megaphones, the children who are refused entry yet they live on the doorstep?

Man, you certainly must be on medication! Humble, a man who slammed the office door on the fingers of a female parent. Who calls out a child to reprimand him for absenteeism! The boy had cancer and had to receive regular treatment. HUMBLE to a fault...there are many more examples...

SP meticulously selects their students, only the best and who can afford to be their, yet they still lose 20% of their students by matric? Students have private tutors? So their sllghtly less than 100% is in actual fact...slightly less than 80%. The weaker ones have been weeded out.

Mr Isaacs is a pillar of hope in our current education system, if only there were more principals like him, who stood up to beurocrats who have politicized education & are failing our children. Mr Isaacs & SPHS have provided quality disciplined high school education to generations all over South Africa & the world & he must be allowed to continue this legacy. Sir, - you have my support. The WCED should take a leaf out of Mr Isaacs book and start implimenting discipline in all schools instead of trying to curb a great man.

The youngsters of today are given way too much freedom. None of them want to be reprimanded when doing wrong. Thank God for discipline, and the way we werr brought up.This is a terrible thing that is happening to one of the "old school" hardworking, dedicated principals. I sincerely hope this gentleman gets a huge apology from whoever is doing this to him.
